Located inside the Villa Le Corail, a Grand Meliá hotel. Food is tasty and creamy with a small decent portion. Food are coming fast and professional, Service is professional as it's price and value Atmosphere is like a high end restaurant rather than a pure Spanish restaurant style. Overall everything is excellent.

We went for the 8-course tasting menu with wine pairing and every course was a highlight. The food was creative, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor, and the wine pairing was on point from start to finish. Service was professional, smooth, and well-timed - the team really knows how to create a premium experience without feeling too formal. The atmosphere felt classy and romantic, and the whole evening was exactly what I wanted: effortless, memorable, and worth every minute. Highly recommended for a top-level dinner in Vietnam.

Отличный ресторан, с превосходной, качественной и вкуснейшей едой 😍 Мы прекрасно провели время в этом месте. Официанты всегда были рядом, помогали с выбором, называли состав блюд, меняли приборы на чистые, на все вопросы отвечали вежливо и с улыбкой 😊 Нам безумно было приятно ужинать здесь. Мы обязательно вернемся еще, единственное что можно было бы изменить, это добавить в меню картинки к каждому блюду, чтобы люди сразу понимали что как выглядит 😇

The best decision to celebrate my wife’s birthday at Hispania during our weekend getaway in Nha Trang We opted for the 5 course dinner menu with one glass of Sangria each - the bread was very crispy on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside, paired beautifully with the aioli and olive oil - the cream cheese and caramelised cracker amuse bouche was our favourite amongst the three amuse bouche platter -The Salpicon lobster salad using Binh Ba lobster was delectable -the seafood soup with crab meat (watch out for some tiny shell) was absolutely delicious -The Segovian suckling pig cooked in Josper grill had meat which melts in the mouth and skin which was crispy. The accompanying eggplant was wonderfully smoked But above all, the service was totally on point. The waitstaffs especially Trinh and Joyce introduced the dishes in a very professional manner, always has a smile on their faces, courteous and went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable Special thanks to Trinh for her wonderful birthday song, lovely chat and professional service. To the administrators, never let Trinh go as she is an asset to the company, as aside from making sure our dining experience at Hispania was perfect, she also went above and beyond and introduced the other sister restaurants and also Gran Melia to us Highly recommended and this restaurant is worth revisiting
